When you purchase a pair of prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses, and any additional lens treatments, you'll automatically receive a warranty for a full two years.
If your frames break under normal wearing conditions, we'll repair or replace them FREE.

We'll make sure your eyes are healthy and determine your most accurate prescription.
2. Experience a Trial Pair
If you're a good candidate, we'll fit you with trial contact lenses and teach you everything you need to know about inserting, removing, and caring for your lenses.
3. Decide When You're Ready
Wear your trial lenses, see how they fit your lifestyle, and decide if contact lenses are right for you. If you love them, we'll continue with your Total Care Plan. If not, there's no pressure and no obligation.

What if I want to try contacts for the first time?

Does my insurance cover contacts?
Most vision plans contribute toward contact lenses. We would be more than happy to look in to your insurance benefits for you.
Does 1-800-contacts have a better deal for me?
We value your business and often offer a better deal than 1-800-contacts. We are proud to offer perks that many big box companies can't beat. We keep you in mind when we offer quality, convenience and affordability!
Do contacts hurt?
We always have the latest technology for our patients. Contacts should be comfortable, and when they fit right, you might just forget they're there! If your contacts are causing discomfort, give us a call.
Can I sleep in contacts?
Disposable contacts should not be slept in, even if manufactures advertise them otherwise. As your eye health professionals, we ask our patients to remove contacts before sleeping in them 100% of the time.
How often would I have to purchase them?
Many patients choose to purchase a year supply because the perks are amazing. Not only will you have contacts on hand all year, but patients who purchase a year's supply of contacts receive a 20% savings on a pair of sunglasses and savings on prescription eyewear! What if your prescription changes and have left over contacts? Easy. We'll trade your undamaged, unopened box of contacts within one year of original purchase for your updated prescription at no cost to you. It's an easy choice!
