Our response to Covid-19
Keeping each other Safe
We realize that COVID-19 is a concern for many right now. We are following the guidelines for our industry as prescribed by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
Current Mask Status
At this time our office will continue to ensure all persons inside our office wear masks. This
is because we are a health care clinic; the updated CDC and OHA guidelines currently
require that we continue to have all persons masked, and maintain physical distance when
possible, regardless of vaccination status. As new guidelines come out, we will make
changes - at this time, we are continuing our current safety and wellness precautions.
Requiring all staff and patients to wear masks, and providing masks for patients who come without them.
Wiping down all patient care areas after every patient visit in our clinics. We use hospital grade antiviral sprays/solutions on all surfaces and equipment.
Clinic staff and doctors are washing their hands upon entering the exam room and before leaving the exam room.
Hand washing and hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the clinic.
Sanitizing each exam room after every patient.
Wiping down all staff work areas and common patient wait areas regularly using antiviral sprays/solutions.
Informing any patient calling into the practice to reschedule and stay home if they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms (fever/ cough).
Screening patients for COVID-19 symptoms, including temperature checks, as well as exposure to COVID-19 for patients with appointments in the clinic.
Until further notice, we will stop providing coffee service in our wait areas.
We have removed all magazines from the waiting areas.
Whenever possible, we will ask that patients limit the number of people who accompany them to their visit in our office.
We have implemented clean pen/used pens system for use in our check-in and check-out areas.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
