Dr. Cleveland goes through a complicated and exacting process to determine the best eyewear prescription for your unique visual needs.  The prescription is then taken by our Frame and Lens Specialist and analyzed so that the best possible lens, treatment, and frame materials are chosen to maximize the performance and comfort of the eyewear.  Several measurements will be taken to make certain that lens optical centers, bifocal placement, and edge thickness are all exactly as they should be for the best possible performance of the prescription and cosmetic appearance.  Before the finished product is released to you, our experts will diligently test your eyewear to certify that they are exactly as ordered.  Should you choose to have your glasses prescription filled at a retail optical center, rest assured that our prescription accuracy guarantee extends to those glasses as well.  If you are not satisfied with your retail-made glasses, we will buy your unsatisfactory eyewear from you.  We will credit the amount you spent at the retail center towards a new pair of glasses, which we will remake to specification in our lab.  Your total satisfaction is our utmost concern, and we're serious about assuring it.
